Payment: By Check or Let's Travel to Italy Money Order c/o Gabriella Mulholland or Visa Card.

All locations are fully furnished down to cooking utensils, silverware and linens.

Excluded from rental price: air-conditioning, laundry service, firewood and telephone.

All locations require a security deposit of around $180. It is payable upon arrival by check and refunded one week after departure, after ensuring there are no damages to property and furnishings in the property.

Guests are expected to maintain their home cleanliness. All locations provide cleaning supplies. If the guest(s) are not able to make final cleaning, the cost may be deducted from the security deposit.

All utilities are included except for heating. As energy is very expensive in Italy, the general thought is to have the customer pay for actual consumption instead of including the cost into the general rental fee. Depending on consumption (and the weather!) this expense can range from $0 to $20 per day.

Insurance: Let's Travel to Italy does not provide any type of insurance coverage, whether travel, personal accident or property. Guests are advised to make their own arrangements with any reputable insurance agency. Let's Travel to Italy is not responsible for any damage, loss, theft or injury during the booking period.
